Match Point is a collection of solid wood coffee tables in three heights with colored finishes. Three circular shapes, held together in balance at 30, 60 and 90 degrees, create a geometric but dynamic, functional but sculptural product. The bases and top circular shelves, having the same dimensions, can be easily stacked allowing to give free space to the creation of different totem compositions.
Match Point was designed in 2018 by the Omri Revesz Design studio in Venice and is produced by Baleri Italia.
Omri Revesz Design is a Venice-based firm that works in the fields of Architecture, Art and Design. It is devoted to contemporary design research and practice on a variety of scales, ranging from industrial products, furniture and interior design to urban public spaces, exhibitions and digital projects. The common thread running through all of its output is a blend of a humanistic approach and technical, practical creations.
Baleri Italia, founded by Enrico Baleri and Marilisa Decimo in the 1984, is the iconic brand of the 20th Century the years of sobriety and rigor of forms/functions, the ultimate expression of a certain pragmatic and unattainable design idea; in pursuit of the perfect, non-obsolete, non-flashy, consistent and international object. Evergreen objects and collections, signed by great masters and newcomers who then became the references in terms of style, giving life to a classical-contemporary universe that now has found its vitality, production, communication and commercial strength.
